TIME MANAGEMENT: PLANNING AND SCHEDULING (PS)

1. 

Purpose: 

Prepare a plan of reasonable and logical to suggest that the project has been giving him the proper planning and thinking. The plan should show the logical sequence, and construction methods, and assessment periods the activities necessary to meet the milestones and the dates set forth in the contract. Schedule is a commitment to implement the approved project, is a cash flow plan and procedures for billing, and is an indication of the cost adjustments and time.

Time management detailed tasks: 

Our team will implement the following:
• propose the approach for the implementation of the data and the style of construction of the project in coordination with the Director of the project.
• Create the structure of the distribution of work (WBS) for the project at various levels, which will take into account the methods adopted And the statement of the method and level of detail required for implementation, and for presentations and / or studies for business progress.
• Identify the activities and corresponding documents.
• Identify the dependencies of these activities, and the sequence of operations, the duration of each activity as provided or as agreed with the parties concerned; designer, contractor, subcontractor or depending on available resources and productivity.
• Create a major planning for the project and work schedules and determine the resources allocated in accordance with the data given by the site manager for the design and the construction of perfect.
• You will be working schedule and adopted through the preparation of tables 'Primavera 6' and it would be in the form referred to in the contract.• Ensure that the scale used by the Contractor agrees stages agreed in the contract.
• Analyze the tables adopted by the Contractor in terms of reasonableness with a network of work on the project, and in terms of duration, and in terms of the presence of minute details, and in terms of completeness of the project, and in terms of identifying critical paths for the project.
• Obtain approval for the basic schedule after the inclusion of all comments the consultant.
• Review and make sure that all versions of the schedule to absorb the basic conditions resulting from delays caused by the presence of changes in design.
• Ensure that all new tables reflect the changing status of the work, and include all extensions of time approved.
• Coordination with the implementation teams on site to monitor and record progress made in the operations. Must be the inclusion of these advances achieved and signed on the schedule for the update and to take further action required.
• Assessment of any deviations from the basic schedule and coordination with the project manager about any deviations have been observed. Corrective action and / or costs of materials needed will be proposed and discussed with the management of the project and the contractor.
